At Highland Mountain Water & Coffee, the health and well-being of our associates, communities, consumers, customers, distributor partners, and suppliers is our top priority. As the COVID-19 Coronavirus has been escalated to Pandemic level status by the World Health Organization (WHO) we understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing and are committed to being responsive to your needs.

Over these past few weeks, your orders have increased exponentially and we have responded to those requests with overwhelming success. As this is written, we have not experienced any inadequacies of manpower or materials. However, we have limited all returnable bottle customers to typical order quantities to prevent future shortages. We have also transitioned the majority of all deliveries to “Doorstep” outside deliveries to minimize exposure and prevent potential cross-contamination.

Rest assured that we are following continual and consistent sanitizing procedures throughout our manufacturing, warehousing and distribution processes.

Our plan throughout the coming weeks is to continue to deliver to our available capacities as human resources, time and materials will allow. As the increased demand for our products continue, please anticipate some or all of the following:

Increased lead times or extended delivery dates to facilitate better demand planning.
Temporary spans of time where our products with the most demand to be out of stock.

We are actively monitoring the current situation and ask you to join us in remaining calm, cautious and informed while we navigate this difficult global issue.

I have had the opportunity to speak with many of you and would like you to understand that we will firmly continue to pursue the following:

Make serving God, existing customers, neighbors and loved ones a priority.
Consider new options to ensure and maintain safe and continuance of deliveries.
