Are you still delivering water?
Yes. We have transitioned the majority of all deliveries to “Doorstep” outside deliveries to minimize exposure and prevent potential cross-contamination.

What sanitizing procedures do you take?
We following continual and consistent sanitizing procedures throughout our manufacturing, warehousing and distribution processes.

How is your lead time for deliveries?
We continue to deliver to our available capacities as human resources, time and materials will allow. As the increased demand for our products continues, please anticipate some or all of the following:

  • Increased lead times or extended delivery dates to facilitate better demand planning.
  • Temporary spans of time where our products with the most demand to be out of stock.

How often are we billed?
Once per month on last business day of the month.

Can I have my statements emailed to me?
Yes, email us at cs@highlandmountainwater.com to request a statement or view our video for online account setup instructions.

What charge cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Can we set up an automatic charge on our charge card?
