How often are we billed?
Once per month on last business day of the month.

Can I have my statements emailed to me?
Yes, you can click on this email address and request a statement be emailed. cs@highlandmountainwater.com orr sign up online.

What charge cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. MC, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Can we set up an automatic charge on our charge card?
Yes. You can email your request our customer service, cs@highlandmountainwater.com, and give us your request and information along with a phone number. We need the Individual’s name on the Card, Card Number and expiration and the billing address.

How do you bill cooler rent?
Cooler rent is billed ahead on your statement. We only bill twelve times per year.

Why am I paying for two deliveries in one month?
Our routes are on a four week cycle. Once a year, your route day will fall twice in one month Your route day may fall on the first of the month and at the end of the month.

How often do you service?
More often than not, we service every four weeks. Due to the difficulty in getting to some of our customers or based on your need, you may be serviced either more or less.

Can we pay for coffee and water with one check or charge card?
Yes, but please put your customer number and identify which invoices that you are paying. That way, we will be sure to apply the amount to the correct invoice and account.

What is the difference between your spring water and your distilled water?
The spring water comes right out of the spring with very little treatment other than the Ozonation which kills bacteria.

The distilled goes through a process of heating the water to steam where by most if not all of the mineral content is extracted from the water. It is then Ozonated to kill any bacteria.

What is a bottle-less cooler?
It is similar to our bottled water coolers, however there is no bottle. The cooler is hooked into your main source of water and then filtered and bathed in ultra violet light in the tank which kills germs and brings you safe drinking water from a municipal source. For more information, please contact a representative to help you with these types of coolers.

What sizes of bottles do you carry?
In the Highland Mountain, we carry 5 gallon, 3 gallon, and 16 ounce (½ liter) bottles. In Mountain Valley Spring Water, we carry 5 gallon, 2.5 gallon, 1 – liter sparkling or spring, ½ liter, and 11.3 ounce (1/3 liter), all in glass bottles.

What is your minimum delivery? 
Three of the 5- gallon bottles, four of the 3 –gallon bottles, or 4 – cases.
Cups must be included with an order, or a 1- case minimum for cups.
If it is Coffee related, then there is a $ 40.00 minimum purchase.

Do you carry water in glass bottles?
Yes, our Mountain Valley Spring water is comes in  5-Gallon bottles, 3-gallon bottles, 1-liter bottles, .5-liter bottles and 11.3 oz-bottles.

Do you carry a sparkling water? 
Yes. We carry Mountain Valley both in Spring and Sparkling water in the 1-liter and .5-liter sizes.

Can we view our account online to pay our bill?
Sure, you can sign up and sign in to check on your deliveries, balance or next route day.
